Our best Iberian pigs, fed with acorns, exercised in the Andalusian pasture of the Pedroches Valley, make our hams are one of the best products that exist in the market. Thanks to its long curing process, more than 24 months, it has a unique and intense color, flavor and aromas.

The shoulder comes from the forelimbs of the Iberian pigs. Despite being smaller than a ham, the juiciness of its meat surprises many.

The curing process is more than 18 months, in the natural curing rooms where they will cure appropriately with the incomparable weather of the Pedroches Valley.

The magnificent Jarote ham of cebo comes from Iberian pigs that feed naturally on premium quality cereals and the aromatic plants of the Dehesa. All our pigs are in free range in the Andalusian Dehesa of the Los Pedroches Valley.

Thanks to its curing process of at least 24 months, we achieve the desired aging with which a unique flavor and aroma is achieved

LOMO IBÉRICO

The Iberian pork loin sausage is a piece of whole loin, from our best Iberian pigs which is marinated with salt, paprika and natural spices. Once the tenderloin is seasoned, it is left to season for a short time before being put into natural casings. Its curing process is slow, but once finished it guarantees the quality of the product.

LOMITO IBÉRICO

Lomito Iberico sausage is a choice cut of Iberian pork loin from our best Iberian pigs, marinated with salt, paprika and natural spices. Once this cut is seasoned, it is left to further season for a short period of time before being put into natural casings. Its curing process is slow, but once finished it guarantees the quality of the product.

SALCHICHÓN DE BELLOTA IBÉRICO

We mix our selected Iberian meat seasoned with natural spices where black pepper prevails, finely chopped and then stuffed in natural casings. Its curing is approximately 5 months.

The Iberian Chorizo's main ingredients are salt, paprika and natural spices such as oregano and garlic. An extraordinary Iberian product for its taste and texture
